When Will My Order Ship?
FireplaceBlowersOnline.com typically processes orders within 24 hours (1 business day) after receiving payment. Orders ship from us same day if placed before our shipping cutoff time (see cut off times below), while orders placed after our cutoff time will be shipped the following day. Please note that custom orders, drop ship orders, special requests and product repairs may take longer.

Shipping charges vary based on product and location. Most items we sell qualify for FREE shipping; however, items that are dropped shipped by 3rd party suppliers may result in applicable shipping charges. Yes, we offer both overnight and 2-Day air shipping services for all orders placed within the Continental United States. We also offer expedited ground services such as UPS 3-Day Select and USPS Priority Express. ONLY air services provide guaranteed delivery times. However, we always suggest you refer to the carrier's published delivery schedules if you have questions on expected delivery times.
How Can I Track My Package?

We ship to Canada! Orders are typically shipped via FedEx or USPS. FedEx estimates between 4-6 days once your package has been received. When a package is shipped with FedEx International, FedEx does the delivery themselves. When a package is shipped with USPS, USPS hands off the package to Canada Post once it clears customs. USPS estimates delivery to be 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note that we are unable to track US Post Office packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. FireplaceBlowersOnline.com pays the duties and customs fees (DDP Delivery Duty Paid) as a service to our international customers. No additional invoice will be handed off to our customers at the time of delivery. However, please note that customer are responsible for paying all applicable provincial taxes, brokerage fees and shipping rates. These rates are calculated at the time of checkout. In some cases where duties or brokerage fees can't be disclosed, these fees may be added to the shipping cost of the product or other line item fees.

We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please note that expedited shipping is not offered for orders shipping outside the Continental United States.
My Package Says Delivered But I Have Not Received It
In the event that one of our shipping carriers fails to accurately deliver a product, please notify us within 1-week of the posted delivery date so that we may open an investigation into the location of your package. Claims can be opened via our contact form as "Order Lost In Shipping". Please allow up to 2-3 business days extra for a package marked delivered to arrive.
