How to Place an Order:

Orders can be placed on FireplaceBlowersOnline.com 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you'd rather call and place your order, we encourage you to contact our knowledgeable staff at 262-989-4882 or 262-989-4883.

Payment Options:

FireplaceBlowersOnline.com uses only secure and trusted payment gateways as our merchant of record, which is an incredibly safe, easy and secure way to send and receive money. Our website accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, and eCheck. A PayPal account is NOT required to purchase from FireplaceBlowersOnline.com.

We also accept purchase orders from government agencies, educational institutions, and corporations. All purchase orders are subject to credit approval. Please contact our sales department for all purchase order inquiries.

Order Verification / Fraud Prevention:

To prevent fraud and confirm to Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, FireplaceBlowersOnline.com may request additional information to confirm payment, shipping & billing address, and contact information.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation from FireplaceBlowersOnline.com via email after completing your order online. Hard-copy confirmations can be sent via mail or email for all phone and fax orders upon request. Please be conscious that your ISP or email client may filter email(s), which may prevent the email confirmation from getting through to you. If you do not receive an email, check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow communication from email addresses with a FireplaceBlowersOnline.com domain.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed and shipped in approximately 1-2 business days, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the courier's local delivery guidelines.

Holiday's are not considered business days and may impact a courier's pickup, delivery and timeliness of delivery.

Order Status and Tracking Information:

Purchase status and tracking information can be found by logging into a user's account on FireplaceBlowersOnline.com.  Guest purchases will need to contact FireplaceBlowersOnline.com directly for order status and tracking information.  Order confirmation and tracking details are sent via email regardless of the method of checkout.

Order Change / Cancellation:

You may request an order change or cancellation by phone as long as it has not been processed for shipping. Since orders are usually processed quickly, notifying us of an order change or cancellation via email is not recommended, as we may not get to your request in time. Please contact FireplaceBlowersOnline.com at 262-989-4882 or 262-989-4883 to request a change or cancellation.

If your order was shipped before you requested a cancellation or before any changes could be made, you can refuse delivery and we will refund you for the purchase less our shipping and processing costs.

If the order payment was through check or money order, we will refund you by check after 21 business days following the receipt of your check or money order.

We are unable to reinstate an order once it has been cancelled. You may place a new order subject to our current availability and pricing.

Shipping Address Change:

Your shipping address can be changed through your user account by logging into the FireplaceBlowersOnline.com website.  If a shipping address needs to be changed after an order has been processed and shipped, that order is subject to the address change fees charged by the shipping courier.

Free Shipping:

Our Free shipping policy only applies to retail US domestic shipments.  We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.  We also reserve the right to modify the shipping quote after an order has been placed in order to protect us from website errors, bugs or defects. 

Drop Shipping:

All items purchased from FireplaceBlowersOnline.com are shipped from our Racine, WI location. In some circumstances FireplaceBlowersOnline.com will arrange for the item to be shipped directly from our source in order to help you avoid a longer wait time. 

International Orders:

FireplaceBlowersOnline.com does accept international orders. International shipping prices apply to all orders and may be subject to additional surcharges, taxes, tariffs and/or delivery fees.

Order Acceptance and Limitations:

Any order confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you through FireplaceBlowersOnline.com does not denote our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. FireplaceBlowersOnline.com reserves the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than quantity ordered at any time.

Given the popularity and shortage of some items, we may at times have to restrict the quantity of a particular item ordered. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. FireplaceBlowersOnline.com may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Pricing:

Price Protection: Due to the unpredictable nature of the market, we cannot offer price protection credits on merchandise previously purchased on our site. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice based on a combination of factors that are generally out of our control. They are usually dictated by market and availability conditions and/or by the manufacturers themselves and are often as likely to increase as they are to decrease. Once you have completed your purchase, the price you pay remains unchanged regardless of whether the price on our site has since increased or decreased. Please rest assured that we are offering you, our valued customers, the best possible price we can based on our real-time cost for the merchandise at that time.

Pricing Errors: Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference. The pricing posted on our website may not always be identical to those found on some price comparison shopping websites. Prices listed on most price comparison websites may take up to 24 hours to update and match our site.

Taxes:

FireplaceBlowersOnline.com will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to an address in the state of Wisconsin. We do NOT charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states. If your credit card billing address is in the state of WI and your ship to address is not, you will not be charged sales tax. A 5.5% sales tax is automatically calculated on both the value of the product's and the shipping charge as required by Wisconsin State law.

Return Policy:

You may return merchandise purchased from FireplaceBlowersOnline.com for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed. Please see specific sections below for further details.

Refunds:
    
Refunds will be accepted on ALL orders within 30 days days of purchase provided the box, packaging supplies and contents of the order are all returned.  Unless there is a covered defect with the order, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges:
    
Exchanges can be made prior to shipping by contacting FireplaceBlowersOnline.com directly.  If you purchase a product that has already been shipped/delivered and you wish to exchange for an alternative product, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. Refunds are subject to deductions in shipping costs incurred by FireplaceBlowersOnline.com.

Defective items:
    
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund.

Damaged items:      

All packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our facilities. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise that is the fault of the buyer. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.

Return shipping:
    
Return shipping costs are covered in full if a product needs to be returned due to a defect or warranty claim within 30 days of purchase.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for all purchases over 30 days and if the buyer decides to return an order due to purchasing error.

Replacement:
    
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. To receive a replacement more quickly, you may place a new order for the same item (shipping not included), and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product (including shipping), upon completion of our return process.
 
How to Return Merchandise:      

Before an item can be returned, a Returned Merchandise Authorization or RMA number must be issued.  You can receive a RMA number by contacting us directly at 262-989-4882 or 262-989-4883, or by logging into your account and following the return process for the order you're returning.  Having an assigned RMA number for your return helps to ensure that your refund or exchange is processed in a timely manner once we've received the return.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, cords, straps, accessories.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.
