HVAC Blowers & Motors

We offer a wide range of HVAC blowers, motors and replacements parts to keep your furnance and air conditioner running at optimal efficiency.

Air Conditioning Motors6

An air conditioning motor is an electric motor—typically an AC induction type such as a permanent split capacitor (PSC) or electronically commutated motor (ECM)—that converts electrical energy into mechanical rotation to drive essential components in an air conditioning system. These motors power the compressor to circulate refrigerant for cooling, spin the condenser fan to release heat outdoors, and operate the indoor blower to distribute cooled air through ducts, ensuring efficient and reliable operation of the entire HVAC system.

Draft Inducer Blowers56

A draft induction blower (also called a draft inducer, induced draft blower, or inducer motor) is a small fan in modern gas furnaces that creates negative pressure to pull combustion air into the burners and exhaust harmful gases like carbon monoxide through the flue or vent pipe. It activates before the burners ignite to clear residual gases from the heat exchanger, ensuring safe, efficient combustion and proper venting in induced-draft or high-efficiency systems.

Furnace & Air Handler Blowers53

An air handler blower (also called the blower motor or fan in an air handler) is the powerful motorized fan—typically a squirrel-cage centrifugal type—inside an HVAC air handler unit that circulates conditioned air throughout a home's ductwork and into living spaces. It draws return air from the house, pulls it over the evaporator coil (for cooling) or heat exchanger/heating elements (for heating), and then forces the heated or cooled air through the supply ducts to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures, often featuring variable-speed or multi-speed options for better efficiency and airflow control in systems paired with heat pumps, central AC, or electric heat.

Multi Purpose Motors0

A multi-HP motor (also called multi-horsepower or multi-purpose motor) in HVAC systems is a versatile permanent split capacitor (PSC) motor designed as a universal replacement part, rated for a range of horsepower outputs (e.g., 1/4–1/6 HP or 1/3–1/6 HP) depending on how it's wired—typically by selecting different speed taps, using specific capacitors, or connecting leads in particular ways to deliver the appropriate torque and power for the application.

Outdoor Boilers33

An outdoor boiler (commonly called an outdoor wood boiler, outdoor wood furnace, or hydronic heater) is a wood-fired heating system installed outside the home—typically resembling a small shed with a smokestack—that burns logs or other biomass fuels in a firebox to heat water contained in a surrounding water jacket. The heated water (or water-antifreeze mixture) is then pumped through insulated underground pipes to transfer heat indoors via heat exchangers connected to forced-air ducts, radiant floor systems, baseboards, radiators, or even pools, garages, and outbuildings, keeping smoke, ash, and fire risks away from living spaces while providing an efficient, renewable heating alternative in colder climates.

Modern designs often incorporate gasification technology for cleaner, more efficient combustion compared to older models.

Need help finding the correct blower or fan kit for your fireplace? Let our experts help you track down the correct replacement blower, fan kit or part for your application. We typically only need the fireplace or stove's make and model to determine exactly what you need. This information can usually be found on gas fireplaces by removing the lower access panel and finding your fireplace's name tag or identificaton card. Wood inserts will often times have the same identificaton card, while freestanding stoves and others might have this information printed on a rear panel or door.

Once you've located your fireplace's brand and model information, simply use the Find Your Blower tool above, or the Help Find My Blower at the top of the page.
