Filing a Claim
Filing a claim is an easy process. If you've purchased package protection from OrderProtection.com, your order is covered for things like theft, lost packages, damaged product, wrong items, missing items, items returned to sender and a variety of other cases. Orders that did not elect package coverage are still covered in many cases, but please note coverage is limited to issues related to seller or carrier. To begin the process of filing a claim, please visit our claims portal using the link below. You'll be asked for an order number and an email address, so please have those available.
All purchases made with FireplaceBlowersOnline.com and shipped through any of our carrier networks has at least some level of coverage. If additional package protection hasn't been purchased, please note that the claims process may take additional time while we collect information and work the carrier. Not only do carriers have their own claims process, so to do the manufacturers. Items manufactured or produced by FireplaceBlowersOnline.com will work with us directly. Items shipped by or manufactured by distributors, outside retailers or manufacturers must follow their specific claims process.
